Ethiopia is where coffee began — and where it is still grown best, at altitude, by farmers who have shepherded these heirloom varieties for generations. We work directly with growers in Yirgacheffe, Sidama and Guji, selecting only the lots that meet our cup.

Every shipment is tasted, roasted and quality-checked before it leaves for the Gulf. No middlemen diluting the story, no shortcuts on the bean. Just a clean line from the Ethiopian highlands to the cafés and homes of Dubai, Riyadh and Jeddah.
